I went with my fiance to her home country China in July 2010 and spent two weeks there. We spent most of the time in her home town Taiyuan and the last four days in Beijing. We spent a lot of time in a photo studio taking wedding style photos in preparation for our upcoming wedding. We also went up some mountains, went shopping, visited every cousin, uncle, grandparent and friend possible and of course tried all kinds of strange food.

In Beijing we of course went to the usual places like Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, The Great Wall, The Olympic Village as well as the Happy Valley theme park.
